Coldstream is a district municipality in British Columbia, Canada, located at the northern end of Kalamalka Lake in the Okanagan Valley.  The municipality is directly southeast of Vernon and is considered part of Greater Vernon.  In Coldstream the focus becomes one of North Americas most incredible lakes, Kalamalka Lake.  It is here you will find homes perched on the mountainside all competing for the tremendous views of the turquoise lake.  In addition to the lake view homes, Coldstream is also home to sprawling ranch land properties and lakefront mansions.  Located on the waters edge in Coldstream you will find the Rail Trail Cafe and a Hub of the new Rail Trail System, which sees hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.  In Coldstream you will also find wonderful schools, such as Kidston Elementary, Coldstream Elementary and Kalamalka Secondary.  Perched high above the homes in Coldstream is also Vernon’s Okanagan College Campus.
