Met Ben by accident when we were planning just to be "LookieLoo" people with no plans to move for this year. Ben put us on his email notification list for any strata within a certain area near Vernon's downtown core and a few weeks later another suitable strata came up for sale. Ben advised us on offers and we were able to buy the unit - which was perfect for our needs. We were so appreciative of his energy and knowledge and his lovely personality that we asked him to look after the sale of our home and that of our rental property. For the past few months Ben has been extremely helpful, going above and beyond, to assist with any questions we had as well as keeping us updated on various stages of our purchase as well as our own sale prior to moving. He guided us into the 21st century with his knowledge of how all the new appliances worked in our new home ( no info available on a new 'smart' washer so he came over a week after the sale to help with our understanding of how such as machine worked!), provided a trailer for us to move many a box, and kept us up-to-date at all times. Ben, on his own, also made contact with numerous developers in the area who might be interested in re-building our properties with multiple units. Ben was and is amazing. To say he did a great job is a disservice to how great of a job he did. We had a ton of concerns and questions that would have annoyed most realtors. but not Ben. He was kind and generous with his time answering all of our questions. He has great attention to detail and knowledge of the inner workings or home inspections and took care of any concerns we had regarding our understanding of laws and fee's and paperwork that comes along with buying a house. I cannot recommend Ben enough. First class all the way.
